For over 25 years he was one of the main shareholders of Rancilio Group, a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of professional coffee machines.

Together with other members of the Rancilio family he founded family office Rancilio Cube.

Luca Rancilio and Rancilio Cube co-operate with Alto Partners since 2013.
