Since joining Alto Partners in 2001, Mario Visioni has served as a Director and Partner. Prior to joining Alto Partners, he held the position of Executive Director at Westdeutsche Landesbank from 1995 to 2001, charged with responsibilities within its private equity and structured finance operations in Italy. From 1988 to 1995, Mario Visioni was employed by SanPaolo Finance, the private equity arm of the San Paolo di Torino banking group (today Intesa SanPaolo). Previously, Mario Visioni was on staff for two years in the corporate finance division of Mediobanca. Mario Visioni graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan. At Alto Partners, he focuses on deal structuring, execution and industrial monitoring of portfolio companies. Mario Visioni also takes a major role in fundraising activities and institutional investors relations.
